卧式上下片机

Horizontal upper and lower glass placement is mainly used in production lines such as cutting, edge grinding, and tempering. It is especially widely used in edge grinding lines, where the placement speed for upper and lower glass can reach 5–7 pieces per minute, effectively reducing the manual handling of glass and ensuring high safety. On the edge grinding line, a dual-station lower placement can easily separate large and small pieces. A single horizontal lower placement combined with a robot can perfectly implement a system for sorting large and small pieces: the horizontal system places large sheets, while the robot handles 2–4 stations of small sheets.
